Start broad only when you need orientation

Name the job before you search
If you want products, include the item type. If you want help reading a spreadsheet, look for a guide. If you want to know whether a list is still usable, sample its links and dates rather than trusting words such as “best” or “updated.”

Add a source name when you want to understand where a lead goes. Yupoo often points to an image-led album, while Taobao, Weidian and 1688 usually point toward marketplace or supplier pages. The name narrows the route; it does not confirm the product, seller or link.
Include the item or detail you need. “Weidian hoodie measurements” is more useful than the source name alone, and “1688 bag hardware” gives you something specific to inspect after the page opens.
Separate product browsing from service questions
“Yoybuy shopping agent” can mean that you want to find an item, use a Taobao or 1688 link, or understand a service rule. Product directories can help with the first two. Current fees, forwarding rules, payments and account questions belong on the official service.

Ask for the detail you plan to inspect
Add “QC photos” when listing images are not enough. Add “chest measurement,” “insole length,” “bag interior” or “connector type” when that detail could rule the item out. A tool can help you locate photos, but it cannot prove that they belong to the exact item and option you selected.
Add “weight” or “packed weight” when shipping could change the comparison. Treat calculator results as estimates until the official service confirms the destination, dimensions, service and current inputs.
When a source link needs converting
A converter can change a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address into a format another service can open. Keep the original URL beside the converted one so you can compare where both links lead.
